Pythian Youth Foundation

Pythian Youth Camp provides a one week experience in one of nature's wonders of the world, where members can walk among the largest giant sequoia trees in the world. Members participate in daily hikes, craft, drama, and see nature first hand. Additional two and three day camps are offered during the weekends, December and spring break.

Far Horizons

Since 1954, Far Horizons has provided a summer experience in Theosophical living. It is a center for spiritual education, and a place of calm located at 7,200 feet in the High Sierra forest. Members and non-members alike find peace in this special place.


Camp San Joaquin

Camp San Joaquin is located between Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. The surrounding wilderness provides unlimited opportunity for exploration and discovery.

Bearskin Diabetic Camp

Bearskin Meadow Camp is for children with diabetes ages 8 to 13 and teens ages 14 to 17. Teen campers choose specialties in fine arts, music performances, girls' performing arts, backpacking, martial arts, or sports and fitness.

R.M. Pyles Boys Camp

Located in Freeman Grove, R.M. Pyles Boys Camp is a youth leadership and character development program for selected economically disadvantaged boys 12 to 14 years of age. Its purpose is to instill new attitudes and behaviors as well as to teach positive alternatives to youth who are at a tremendous disadvantage to compete in today's competitive world. Over 20,000 boys have participated in the program since 1949. The average annual youth participation is 500.

Camp Whitsett

Camp Whitsett opened in 1947 as a summer camp. Camp Whitsett is situated at an elevation of 4300' with its own lake. The camp is located approximately 4 hours north of the San Fernando Valley. It is north east of Bakersfield and 35 miles north of Lake Isabella. Camp Whitsett offers a variety of programs, choice of central or jamboree style dining, with facilities and advancement opportunities that are second to none. Scouts can work on the lower ranks toward first class, earn merit badges and participate in exciting, fun activities.

Quaker Meadow Christian Camp

Quaker Meadow Camp is owned and operated by the Friends Churches of California and Arizona. The camp is located at an elevation of 7,200 feet in the Sequoia National Forest of the Sierra Nevada Mountains approximately 45 miles east of Porterville, California. The Camp is nestled among majestic Giant Sequoias and has offered 60 years of the Christian camping experience for all ages.

  Resorts

Montecito-Sequoia Inn

The Montecito Sequoia Inn, located in the southern Sierra Nevada is open year round as both a Summer Family Vacation Camp and a Winter Cross Country Ski Resort.


The Stony Creek Lodge

The Stony Creek Lodge is located in the Giant Sequoia National Monument, near Sequoia National Park, and is open from May through September.
