Kent Connaughton, Deputy Regional Forester led a regional team to conduct an oversight review of the Sequoia National Forest. The purpose was to assess the effectiveness of the conservation programs to the public. This year the Forest Service is celebrating 100 years in "Caring for the Land and Serving People."
